An expansive mid-century home in Riverside had a tricky master bathroom that needed an update. With bulky soffits and a small, dark shower stall, there was an opportunity to open the space up and take advantage of every square inch of unused space.
By removing all of the interior walls and soffits the visual space was maximized, and a new glass shower enclosure gave precious floor space back to the bathing area. Dark, multi-colored penny tile floors brings focus to the horizontal floor plane, with white stack pattern wall tiles making the walls seem boundless. The heart of the space is accentuated with a vintage dresser brought back to life as the new vanity.
Bright, modern, clean, and energizing with just a touch of vintage was the end result of this fantastic bathroom remodel.
